To clearly demonstrate how efficient Taxi Para-Adapté is, we conducted a case study on the services offered at one of our partner CSSS from April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2015.
By looking at the total number of rides provided and kilometers travelled, we estimated how much time and money the CSSS saved using Taxi Para-Adapté and then compared that number to what they would have spent with a competitor.
